Provisions
On–site support billable to 1 hour minimum, depending on location. After first hour billing is in 15 minute increments. Scheduled visits are not subject to travel charge. Emergency visits will be billed with a $25 travel charge. 2 hours billing bi-monthly will be charged if not used. This will be used as general network maintenance.
