supporting customers in all aspects of computing for 18 years.
For 5 years, she was a full time trainer for Applications,
Operation Systems and Networks. And for the last 12 she has
been building and supporting networks for companies large
and small. This experience is still brought into the classroom
when time permits, to add a real life twist to class to take
students out of the book, and help them think through the
